The district has begun the process of developing its 3-year strategic action plan. A strategic action plan is what drives the mission, goals, and vision of the district. Specifically, a strategic action plan is defined as a detailed, actionable document that translates an organization's high-level, long-term strategic goals into concrete, day-to-day tasks, timelines, and assigned responsibilities. It acts as a roadmap to bridge the gap between "where you are" and "where you want to be" ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable progress.
